Gift for my husband
He likes it and has played it a few times. He is a big Dave Matthews fan. Saturday, April 17th, 2010

Amazing CD
Live in Vegas is a fantastic recording of great Dave music. This is one of his best! Thursday, April 8th, 2010

Great live album with new material!
I loved this album. They incorporated stuff from Big Whisky and it is always good to hear new stuff live. There are a lot of songs (26 I think) and everyone is great! If you have been following Dave for years, you'll probably have several of these songs multiple times in different live albums. But each performance was live. As for the review that said they were really quit (the 1 * review) I don't know what he is talking about. Saturday, March 27th, 2010

not as good as "big whiskey & the groogrux king," but...
Well, it's good enough for me. Modern acoustic rock/jam band legend Dave Matthews reunites with an old Virginia friend Tim Reynolds and they released this live album from Las Vegas. It's pretty good. Love the songs "Grace Is Gone" and "Bartender." But there's just something missing. I don't know what it is, but my gut tells me there's something missing.
Nothing else is really very recognizable. I didn't like the rendition of "Kashmir." That was, I could say, uncalled for.

Dave and Tim hit the mark AGAIN!
Quite simply Dave Matthews is one of the best live performers of the last 20 years and in my opinion a musical genius.
The two previous live albums from these two, literally changed my perception of music. If you get a chance to watch the DVDs, do it. Seeing Dave sing with such passion and heart is a breath of fresh air. Hopefully they will release a DVD of this performance.
This album is very good. Some very good renditions of classic DMB songs and a few new ones. Personally, while I still like the songs, the variations of the few songs from DMB's latest album "Groogrux King" didn't translate that well to acoustic duets.
On the flip side, I think the version of "Bartender" on this album is one of the best I have ever heard.
If you appreciate good music, then you won't be disappointed with this album. Worth every penny!
